Truro, Massachusetts - TruroYoga

TruroYoga is based in Truro, Massachusetts, a tranquil seaside town whose wild beauty is largely preserved by the Cape Cod National Seashore. Genevieve’s offering of Prana Flow Yoga™ is especially suited to the Outer Cape, where the ocean meets the Cape Cod Bay and the woods and dunes reveal exquisite tidal rivers and gorgeous glacial freshwater ponds. Though Genevieve teaches internationally, she remains firmly rooted in her local community.

Testimonials

“ …The yoga sessions Genevieve teaches are full of joy and bring a peaceful yet exuberant spirit to everyone present.  It’s been wonderful to be able to be part of yoga at Pamet Habor, at the TruroYoga retreat (good company, history, food and wine), and when I joined TruroYoga for an amazing trip of discovery in Peru.”

“Genevieve’s constant exploration of her own yoga practice nurtures growth in her students. Her retreats, indoor and outdoor classes and one-on-one sessions never fail to strengthen both my body and mind. I’ve travelled the world and have practiced with many different yoga teachers but practicing with Genevieve is like coming home to the place you love.”

“Genevieve is much more than a yoga teacher. She is an "enabler,” constantly encouraging heart-opening to allow you to explore physical and emotional possibilities that you might choose to integrate into your individual wholeness. I appreciate Genevieve's gentle cultivation of each student in every single class to grow nearer to their truth. …Genevieve and the Truro Tribe changed my life, helping me to live in a healthier body and with a more generous heart."
