November 4 – 6, 2016 Cape Cod, MA
With the Cape Cod Modern House Trust, Sustainable CAPE and other local sponsors, we’re offering a unique weekend retreat that blends with the singular qualities that make the outer Cape special. Along with the practice of Rasa Vinyasa yoga classes, we have been invited to a hike along the National Seashore with a naturalist and enjoy a 7 course dinner prepared for you at the Weidlinger House by Wellfleet chef Micheal Ceraldi with food and wines supplied by locally sourced businesses, farmers and vintners.
This retreat is all about bringing people together to celebrate a healthy, vital and sustainable lifestyle. Together, we will explore the power and alchemy of yoga sequenced in harmony with the energetic state of the day for activation, healing and rejuvenation. Bring balance and sweetness to your practice and rejoice!
As a bonus, if you require housing while on retreat, think about staying in one of the beautifully restored mid century Modern houses preserved by the Trust. * a nominal additional cost applies (fully tax-deductible).
