Simplify 2018

November 2 – 4, 2018 Truro, MA

Return to the Outer Cape in the off-season! For the past two years, we’ve been enormously successful with our Simplify retreats. Our great love is to incorporate members of our community to share their joys and skills, and last year was no exception. Having Sam Gosein’s atmospheric healing sound baths compliment the collaboration with Katy Hawkins was one of the highlights of the weekend.

We welcome back our partners, chef Michael Ceraldi, Peter McMahon of the Cape Cod Modern House Trust, and Francie Randolph of Sustainable CAPE . With these amazing folks, we’ve created another weekend retreat that blends the singular qualities that make the outer Cape special.

A weekend offering of Rasa Vinyasa™ yoga classes by Geneviève will be complimented with our favorite cartographer and artist, Mark Adams and a delightful seven course dinner prepared for you by celebrated chef Ceraldi. We’re also excited to announce that we’ll be dining at a spectacular mid-century modern house new to our retreat. As part of our growing tradition, we have invited Beth Kruger from Burlington, Vermont, a multi-talented ISHTA yoga instructor for the collaborated community class on Sunday morning.

Vitality, nature, sustainability and a loving self-care practice have been the themes of our Simplify retreat. In our togetherness, we will celebrate the power and alchemy of yoga sequenced in harmony with activation, healing and rejuvenation. Bring balance and sweetness to your practice and rejoice!

As a bonus, if you require housing while on retreat, think about staying in one of the beautifully restored mid century Modern houses preserved by the Trust. * a nominal additional cost applies -fully tax-deductible.
